How we protect it
- The whole site runs over HTTPS, so data is encrypted between your phone and our server.
- Passwords and login codes are stored as one-way hashes. Nobody on our team can read them.
- Staff accounts have role-based access: packers see addresses, not payments; investors and agents never see customers.
- Every change to an order or payment is logged with who made it and when.
- Names are masked on our server before they reach the live orders page.
- Payments go through bKash, Nagad or our card gateway. We never handle your card details.
- We back up our database every day and keep the last 14 days of backups.
Your data, your call
Ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account. We reply within 7 working days.
